ABOUT ME
I am currently a Graduate Student at the University of Georgia, working on my masters in Mathematics Education. I attended UGA for my undergrad as well, and got my degree in Mathematics and Mathematics Education. I currently teach at Dunwoody high school, which is where I graduated from in 2009. So far, it has been great being on the other side! This is my last course to complete my masters and I have to say that I could not be more excited.
I grew up in a family of six. I have an older sister who conveniently lives in Fort Lauderdale; two younger brothers who are both about to start their fifth years of undergrad (one will become Clemson engineer and the other a UGA accountant). My mom is also an accountant and my dad owns his own remodeling business. It is clear that we are all pretty mathematically oriented people. For the past four summers, I have coached swim team and taught swim lessons. I have also worked as a lifeguard for the last ten. It was a great summer job, but I am finally taking back my summers! If you can't tell already, I love to be at the pool. I love spending time with my friends and boyfriend whenever I can. In my free time, I find myself spending my days watching TV, working on my scrapbook, or working on a cross-stitch project. |
